Omanisation has been a key priority at Olympic trading from the onset with emphasis being placed on the recruitment and development of Omani nationals.
We continue to work with the Ministry of Manpower to recruit, retain and develop Omani Employees and offer a range of initiatives and incentives to offer meaningful skilled jobs that bring value back to the local community. This program is delivering positive results.
